Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days for items 2 lbs. and under and 5-7 business days for items over 2 lbs. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the rates below. 

 

Standard Shipping        3-5 Business days      $5.00        0 LB - 2 LB

                                        5-7 Business days      $10.00      2 LB - 4LB

                                        5-7 Business days      $15.00      4 LB and above. 

 

Shipping Destinations

 

We currently ship to all 50 states. At this time, international shipping is not available. 

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

Get Plastered LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Damages

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at lisa@getplastered.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work to resolve the issue promptly. For more information on returning a product please refer to our Returns Page.
